I am suddenly receiving an error message with my scanner. Code 5, 202, 54.
My printer still copies and prints, but does not scan. I have not changed anything. I am uing Windows 10.

Hello.
Check to make sure that the Canon IJ Network Scan Utility is running on your computer. This can be opened from the Start Menu. Once opened, reopen the IJ Scan Utility and try scanning to test the connection.
