I have a Selphy CP910 that I have connected via WiFi with my Mac running OSX 10.9.5 and it takes approx. a full minute from the time I issue the PRINT command on the Mac until the Selphy starts to print. The size of the pictures were all 4.7 MB. I tried using a USB cable, expecting much quicker results, and I get the same LONG delay between the PRINT commant on the Mac and the print cycle starting. Canon tech support said to delte the printer from my printers on the Mack and re-list it. That did no good. Any suggestions/comments, or is it normal for this printer to take so long to print.
