My Pixma TS 3320 does not have ink. I have one empty colour cartridge and no black ink. I've been trying to scan, but it gives me the E04 no ink error. I have tried holding "stop" button override but that doesn't do anything either? I have been trying to just scan pictures, not print. Does anyone know how I can override the error to scan?

HI sydrob,
Please view the information provided on this page:
Scan With an Empty Ink Tank or Cartridge - PIXMA Printers
In regards to the issue you are experiencing, you can continue to scan without ink in the cartridge as long as both cartridges (even if empty) remain installed in the printer. You are experiencing the E 0 4 error because the printer does not detect that both ink cartridges are installed. To resolve this issue, please have both ink cartridges inserted into your printer.
