PIXMA MG3620 took entire stack of paper in and jammed

This is my second time using this new printer.

The printer took all the paper in the paper feed tray in at the same time - like the whole stack. Now the whole stack is stuck in the printer. The end of the stack is still partly visible in the paper feeder tray on it's way into the printer where it stopped, but it won't budge when I try to pull it. I've tried to pull out individual sheets from the top, bottom, and middle but it doesn't work.

I've turned the printer on and off, hit the stop button, tried to start another printing job just to see if it would move. I've opened the different front compartments. How am I supposed to get to the paper to pull it out? This printer is literally brand new.

I had the same problem. I know that this isn't helpful, but I got the paper out. Unfortunately, there wasn't much left of the printer.
