Canon MG3620 Pulled a jammed paper from the front...Stupid I am

I pulled a jammed paper out from the front and now cleaning and aligning techniques do not help the print.

Would new ink help or am I looking for a new printer now?  Any suggestions would help...Thank you in advance!

Hi TKFS,

This issue can be caused when the encoder/timing strip inside your PIXMA MG3620 gets smudged after removing jammed paper. Cleaning this part should resolve the issue.

To clean the encoder/timing strip, please follow the steps in this Knowledgebase Article:

Cleaning the MG3620 Encoder Film
