Hi,
I've recently bought a Canon Pixma Mg4260 multifunction.
I'm using a Mac laptop and as I don't have a disc drive I downloaded the software from Canons website, however I still cannot scan. The error message says "set the PC to start scanning".
My partner has a PC and simply inserted the disc and everything works fine for him including scanning.
What do I need to do to get the scanning function to work?
Or in the meantime how do I scan to a memory SD card? Or is that only for printing to the printer not saving from the scanner?
Help! I urgently need my scanner and that's the initial reason I bought the Canon.
