The printer is a cannon pixma MG3100. When ever I try to scan I get this message. The printer works fine. This happens no matter what is in the scanner even if empty. I pgraded the driver. did a reset on printer . Have unpluged and let it sit for couple days. Help

Hello.
This indicates that the resolution size is too large. You will have to reduce the DPI settings to fit within the 21000x30000 pixel dimensions.
