Scanning an A4 size document with MX922

I have received a couple of A4 sized documents that I'd like to scan so I can store them on my computer. I tried the settings for Document, set to A4. However, an attempt with either Adobe Acrobat DC Pro of Kofax PDF to bring up the document simply shows the document cut off to the normal letter size. I have no idea whether this is a problem with my printer or the inability of the pdf viewers to display the proper size. And ideas on how to determine the problem of a resolution?

Hi,

Are you scanning directly from the printer or using IJ Scan Utility on the computer? Also, please let us know what version of Windows or MacOS you are running.

Thanks for your reply. I am using the UScan Utility in Windows 11 Pro 64-bit edition.
