Scanner error after upgrading to Windows 10

Hi, just recently upgraded to Windows 10 and now my scanner will not operate.  I receive the following error message  box:

"You do not have the required priveleges to access the specified folder.  code 9,244,3"  I have a Canon PIXMA MG2200 series.  I uninstalled the software and reinstalled.  I also went to the website and downloaded a recommended driver to no avail.  It will print however, just not scan.    Thank you.

To try and get the scanner working again, please attempt to reinstall the downloaded drivers by right-clicking over the file and selecting the RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR option.  If you still experience difficulty, please call or email us using one of the methods on the Contact Us page for further assistance.
