Good morning!
I just bought my scanner Canon TR7520 and when I open the scanner option I get an error saying "An error occured while communicating with your scanner. (-9923)
I haven't had an issues with my printer, so I don't know what this error could be. Any suggestions?
Thank you,
LB

Greetings,
We can try to help, but need to know:
How the printer is connected? and to what?
What OS you are using?
Communication error, possible solutions:
-Disable IPv6 for your network adapter
-Select "Network Version" of the TR7520 in the top (drop down) menu of the IJ scanner Utility
