Scan Failed error MX882

I just tried to use my scanner and I get the ever so descriptive scan failed error after hitting the scan button.  I've downloaded the lastest driver and the latest version of MP Navigator and it still won't work.

 

The printer is connected wirelessly to computer and prints just fine.  I checked preferences and the network printer is selected under the product box and that is my only option.

Sorry.  Windows 10.  I have scanned since upgraded to 10 but, not since we moved and a new wireless network was set-up.

That was the first thing I tired.  It didn't work.
