I used to buy Canon all the time, until they got really chintzy with their ink cartridges--but I loved the quality of their printers. Now I have a brand new Canon G3000 and nothing but problems.
I used Windows 7 PRO on all FOUR of my Desktop computers, and apparently, my brand new Canon G3000 won't scan with that Operating System. Nice...
I purchased this mulitfunction because it was advertised as working with Windows 7. I use a lot of ink and scan a lot of documents.
It's not printing because of an issue I posted earlier (keeps printing the same page), and it won't scan either.
I guess it'll have to be returned. That's a shame, cause I was all excited to get another Canon--which if this doesn't get fixed, will DEF be my last.
