When I push the copy button to tell the Cannon G3260 to make a copy from the platin, it gives me a message saying
"The paper you have loaded is different from the settings for paper size," I don't know how to change the setting for paper size, and actually doesn't give me that option. It wants me to either replace the paper or tell it to print on current paper size anyway. Replacing the paper doesn't make any sense since it has 8.5 x 11 paper in the rear loader, and that is what I want to use. When I tell it to print anyway, it scans, and I can't get it to make a photocopy instead of scanning. Frustrated.

Hi,
Please click HERE and go to step 5. If the screen does not show LTR for letter size paper, use the information in step 5 to adjust the paper size and that should clear the error when you go to copy.
