Hello!
I would like to print on 60gsm on my inkjet printer. I hear the problem is usually higher gsm not thinner one. Has anyone tried that and does it work ok?
My old printer stopped working when I tried to feed it 60gsm paper, however I was also using replacement inks that time so it could have been a combination. Back then there was no support from Canon to repair it so I had to buy a new one. Now I need to do something similar for a client project, but I want to ask the community first.
If its ok, which print setting would you use to make sure its slow and safe (high printing quality?) and which paper type would you select?

Hi, dirgis!
So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using. Canon USA has release two printers with model numbers in the 6800 range, specifically the PIXMA MG6820 and the PIXMA iX6820. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.
Thanks and have a great day!
