I have a Canon MG36505. It has just stopped printing, and simply says 'Error - Printing' in the print queue. I have tried restarting, unplugging and restarting, and also restarting the print spooler via some instructions online. I have tried these options over a period of three days. I would like to try reinstalling the driver, but it appears there are no driver updates for this model anymore.
Is there anything else I can do, or do I have to get a new printer? Ta!
