Hello
I just recieved my printer yesterday and I'm not able to print a label for a DVD, at least the label I want. The set design and paper dialog box does not appear. Just this box with 3 templates none of which I want. I'm so frustrated with how this is working out. I tried email help and Canon got back to me right away but they can not help as they have no resource to help with why the set design and paper dialog box doesn't pop up 😞 When I select my image, select new art, select Disk print this is what pops up. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for any help. Pixma MX922
