I'm using a Canon TS9520 and I have a document stuck in the print queue (status says "deleting-paused-printed"). I've tried canceling it, I've tried pausing it, I've tried printing it, I've tried restarting it. I've switched printer and computer off and on again. I've waited overnight in the hope that it will reboot without the stuck printing job, but nothing works. I even removed the printer from my devices and added it again. Drivers won't load. Everything is just stuck. Please help.

Hello,
I've been facing a similar issue where a print job got stuck in the queue and nothing seemed to work. I tried all the usual fixes cancelling the job, pausing and unpausing the queue, restarting both the printer and my computer, and even removing the printer from my devices and adding it again but it just wouldn't go away.
Best Regard,
Melissa

Thanks for the reply. I eventually found that there's a file called "Spooler" or "Printer spooler" - something like that - in Windows. I deleted two entries related to the print job in that file, and that fixed it. It's been a few days, and I forgot to detail the process, but maybe this will be of some help.
