Just bought a new Canon Maxify MB2320 printer but it will not allow me to scan in compact PDF mode. Error message says Unsharp mask ON is not available. Can this printer scan in Compact PDF mode? If yes, what do I do?
Just figured it out by myself. Cannot do Compact PDF from Printer panel. Must use IJ ScanUtility to change PDF setting AND to do the scan. Works fine now and gives about 1/7 the PDF file size with similar quality..
