I had an alert on my printer that there was a paper jam and i needed to remove the back panel and remove the paper. I followed the instructions and wasn't able to find any stuck paper. When I put the back panel back on, the printer was happy to proceed with the print job. However, when it printed, there was no ink coming up on the paper. I can hear that it is 'printing' each of the lines but the paper is coming out completely blank. I've tried a few different print jobs all with the same outcomes. there is no error message showing on the printer.
