We had a TS 3522 that was working fine and then started showing an error code P10. Thinking that the printer died we bought a new TS 3722 today. As soon as we plugged it in and turned it on we got the same code P10. I have tried plugging it in to a different outlet, but same results. What is error P10 trying to tell me. Thanks

Hi there!
It looks like that error is a general hardware error. What that means is the printer will need to be replaced. That can be done in two ways since you just bought it. You can return it to the place of purchase and grab another one, or you can register the printer on our website to process a warranty exchange.
If you decide to exchange it with us, just register online and follow the steps to reach support.
I hope this helps!

So a brand new printer right out of the box has the same issue as our old one?
I can return it and see what happens. Thanks

Sometimes during shipment things get damaged, it doesn't happen often, but it seems like in this case it did unfortunately!
