Printer error message B200 on Pixima MPMP620B printer.

How do I fix this printer? I have already turned the printer off and unplugged it. Then plugged it back in and turned the printer back on. However error message and blinking light remain.

Hi CC,

To try and resolve the issue, please remove the power cord from the back of the printer and leave it out for at least 10 minutes, then plug it back in and turn it back on.  If the error persists, the printer will require servicing to resolve the issue.

Unbelievable.  I have an error message on my printer and it will not work.  I have done the following to try to fix it.

1. unlpugged for an hour.  Still no help.
2. Changed printer cartridges.  No help
3. Cleaned printer head.  No help
4. removed paper and checked for paper jams.  No help
5. Hit it with a baseball bat.  Not yet but close

I have unplugged the printer in between all of these processes.  I tried to call the help line but guess what they are closed for weekends.  I am trying to build a new home and I am on a timeline.  I would just go buy a new printer but there is not way I am buying another Canon,  I just spent $60 on ink cartridges.  Nice customer service Canon.  I will make sure never to buy one of your products again!!!!!!!!!
