Printer Pixma TS3400 dead ?

Hi,

I had an error message 1430 about cartridge. I cleaned everything to finally changed the cartridge.

Error message was still there. So I found how to reset printer and did it. Then I closed printer and reopened but now printer doesn't start at all... It is almost new... is it totally dead?

What do you mean by doesn't start at all? No lights? Nothing moves when powered on? Will not print?
