Printer works on laptop, but on desktop it is saying error. All it says is that it couldn't print micrsoft word or mail. It does not show an error number.

1. What version of Windows is installed on your computer?
2. How is the printer listed on your computer( MX450 series or MX450 series WS)?
3. Have you restarted the print spooler?
