My best guess is the jet dried when I failed to vent a new cyan tank. Several deep cleanings and 5-6 clean cycles haven't helped. Is there a solvent which could dissolve the clog? This is a Pixma MX922.

Because performing multiple cleanings did not get cyan to print from your PIXMA MX922, your PIXMA MX922 would require service. You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system.
