I bought all brand new cartridges from target and installed them exactly like I had the previous ones that worked fine until the ink ran out. Those were also purchased from target. But these new ones once installed have no red light and the printer gives am error code and said the all of the printer cartridges are not detected. So I restarted the printer. Same issue. I reset the printers Internal memory. Same issue. I cleaned the contacts and made sure the cartridges were not damaged and that nothing was blocking the ink port. Still same issue. So I tried holding the stop button for 10 seconds to override the printers ability to check the ink levels. Nothing happened and i still have the same issue. Then I tried turning my printer off and then unplugging it for 10 min and then replug it in and tried reinstalling the cartridges. Same issue. So i finally tried just putting the old cartridges back in and those still are recognized fine. This is maddening! Please help!
