Pixma mx479

Have pixma mx 479 with windows10. Just started having issues printing. Trying to print document I go to the "more options" menu and I hit print button and get setup options and no print command button. What do I need to do to get it to print? Appreciate any and all help, thanks.

Hi Bena8837,

Reinstalling your PIXMA MX479 will resolve this issue.  Please use the following steps to download and install the latest driver:

 1.  Visit Canon's website at: http://usa.canon.com/support

 2.  Type PIXMA MX479 in the "Enter a Model Name" box and click the Get Drivers & Downloads button.

 3.  Under Recommended Downloads, please click the Select button next to the MX470 series Full Driver & Software Package.

 4.  If you agree, please select the checkbox next to "I have read and agree to the terms of the Disclaimer and wish to continue with the download".

 5.  Click the Download button.

 6.  When the Save As box comes up, click Save.

 7.  Double click [win-mx470-1_1-ucd.exe] to begin installation of the drivers.

Follow the prompts and installation will complete.  Once reinstalled, please attempt to print.
