Pixma TS6350 Wont respond

Having issues with my Pixma TS6350 printer

It is showing as offline, the only light that is on is the white one on the 'QR' button, which switches on and off if I press the Red Triangle in the circle button, but other than that is is entriely unresponsive - shows as offline when connected to my laptop.

Have tried unplugging and reconnecting, press and held the power button, nothing seems to work

Any ideas?
