Pixma TS3450 won't print A4 on photo paper? Error code 4103

I've been troubleshooting this for an hour or so but can't for the life of me figure out how to get it to print A4 on the Photo Paper Plus Glossy II setting on photo paper. If I select photo printing mode I can't even select A4 as a printing size and when I print in standard I'm given error code 4103. I'm at a total loss. Any help at all would be appreciated!
