I have been printing my 8.5"x11" matte, transparent label sheets with the "plain paper" setting, and my logo has some minor streaks when printing. The ink is not low, I only just started using the cartridges that came with the printer. When I realized there was a "matte" setting for the rear tray (which is what I have been using), I selected it to see if it would help. After that, the printer wouldn't recognize the paper in the rear tray anymore, and it keeps telling me to load the cartridge tray underneath. Why can't I use the matte paper setting for this size of paper?

Hi lilyjane,
Please tap the gear icon at the bottom of the display of your PIXMA TS8320.
On the next screen, please tap Feed Settings.
Next, please tap Rear paper feed settings, then press OK.
Please tap the Change button and set the paper to Letter size and Matte.
Once set, please attempt to print.
