I have a TS3322 on Windows 7. Does that model even get My Image Garden? I'm trying desparately to save a scanned image in .doc or .docx format. My class doesn't accept .pdf files.
I found a thread telling how to do this, but it requires MIG, and it was not installed with the drivers. I tried when I first fired it up, as well as later when I found that thread, but it's a no-go.

Greetings,
I don't believe MIG was ever released for the TS3322
It souds like you might need an OCR program.
Examples:
OmniPage Ultimate
Abbyy FineReader
Adobe Acrobat Pro DC
Readiris
Rossum
Online OCR dot net
I'm sure there are others as well.
