I have a one month old Pixma TS3610 that won't feed paper and I can't find an authorized service center near me in Merida, Mexico. Canon Mexico does not even respond to emails nor answer phone calls. Canon USA has also been silent. I can have it serviced but I should not have to pay for this. Maybe someone in Canon will see this and push this along for me. Any questions I have about my camera are always answered however

Your printer is only a month old so it should most certainly not be having paper feeding problems! Let me know when you hear back from Canon supports as I feel this is something that should fall under a warranty claim and not a repair bill!

That is incredibly frustrating, especially since your printer is only a month old! It is highly likely that a foreign object or misaligned component is blocking the feeder, or the rubber pickup rollers are coated in paper dust.
Since your printer is brand new, do not attempt to dismantle it. Follow these sequential steps to resolve the issue safely and preserve your warranty.
1. Check for Hidden Obstructions
Small debris frequently falls into the rear tray of this model, blocking the paper sensor.
Unplug the printer completely from the wall.
Look directly down into the rear paper tray using a flashlight.
Check for foreign objects like paperclips, hairpins, or tiny torn scraps of paper.
Gently flip the printer upside down (ensure the scanner lid is taped shut) and shake it a few times to dislodge anything stuck inside the paper path.
2. Clean the Paper Feed Rollers
Even a small amount of slick dust from paper packages can cause the rubber rollers to lose their grip.
Leave the paper out of the tray.
Turn the printer on.
Press the Setup button (gear icon) until a tool icon and a specific maintenance number appear on the LCD screen, then press the Black or Color button to initiate the built-in roller cleaning cycle. The rollers will rotate to shed dust.
If they still slip, unplug the printer again. Locate the rubber rollers inside the rear feed slot, and gently wipe them with a slightly damp cotton swab or lint-free cloth. Rotate them manually to clean the entire surface.
3. Fan and Realign Your Paper Stack
4. More times than you would think something may be blocking the paper path:
The TS3610 is sensitive to how paper rests in the tray.
Take out the paper stack and fan the sheets to break any static cling.
Reduce the stack size to just 10–15 sheets to see if a lighter load helps the mechanism engage.
Slide the paper guide snugly against the left edge of the paper. If it is too loose or too tight, the feeding mechanism will fail.
4. Verify Software Paper Settings
If the printer driver thinks you are printing an envelope or heavy photo paper, it will alter the roller tension.
Go to your print settings on your computer or mobile app.
Ensure the Media Type is strictly set to Plain Paper and the size matches your actual paper (e.g., Letter or A4).
It happens more times than you would think: some object blocks the paper path and needs to be removed:
