Pixma TR8620a Incomplete Print

I'm getting what appears to be white drag marks horizontally through text.  It appears the ink is not being applied to those areas.  I've cleaned the nozzles, did alignments but no luck so far.

What version of Windows or MacOS is the printer installed from and what program are you printing from?

Hello,

I contacted Canon support and after we worked through a number of possibilities, we determined that the print head was defective.  I've since received a replacement printer and shipped the old one back.  Thanks for taking the time to reply to my request.
