Pixma TR8620 will not print because one color cartridge is out of ink but I only want to print in B&W. Instructions say I can bypass this and still print by pressing the Stop button for 5 seconds. I have tried that repeatedly but the Stop button does not function. I have tried taking the cartridge out and putting it back in, as instructed and that did not work. How can I print a B&W only page when the printer is out of one color ink cartridge? I cannot get a new ink cartridge until next week. Thank you for your help.
