Brand new machine! Never had a chance to use it yet. Just testing it out and I can't get it to feed the paper in straight no matter what I try. I have yet to complete a decent copy of anything because the paper jams up every single time I try to make a copy. The last time I tried to pull the paper jam out it tore and left behind a piece. I can't see it or get to it in there! I don't have large hands but I can't even see it much less reach in there! This is absolutely ridiculous!
