I just purchased a Pixma TR4520 on Amazon and received it today. I connected it to the wireless network and tried to print. The cartidges are making a grinding noise when moving, and the printer jams once it pulls the paper into it. I have tried 5 different sheets of paper, and each time it jams and I have to pull the paper from the back of the printer. So I have yet been able to print anything yet.
I appears that the paper is getting to the cartridges and jamming there, but I am not 100% sure. I am concerned that a brand new printer is already having issues.
Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you!
