Pixma MX490 printing error

Hello,

My Pixma MX490 printed once successfully. Now, it keeps saying there's an error, but doesn't indicate what the error is. The printer is connected wirelessly. Any suggests?

In addition to what Stephen asked for....  We have to know what the error is in order to help or suggest how to fix.  Lights blinking, something??

Sorry for being such a noob, but where do I see the error code? It's not displaying on the printer and I'm not noticing it in the print queue on my PC.

On the printer, on the computer...  what are the steps you perform to reproduce the behavior?

 

Is it in an error state from the moment its turned on, etc?

Hi, Rick. As I said, there is no message on the printer. I also don't get a message on my PC showing specifically what the error is. All I see is the printe queue on my PC and under the Status column it says Error - Printing. The printer is turned on.
