My printer that I bought a bit more than a year ago has a problem of jams on printhead allignment. If I want to know how much it costs to fix it I have to send it by post (don't know how much it costs) and pay Canon £59.40 only to check what's wrong!! I don't know how much they will ask me to pay then...
Don't you feel bad for selling products that don't last more than a year? I mean, I'm sure you can do better than that... What will happen with my printer now? Recycling?
One thing is sure, I will never buy a Canon again!
