Pixma MX432 Only printing part of the page

So, my printer only prints a little bit of the top of a page then spits it out. No error, or anything. Ive cleaned the heads, did an alignment, everything and nothing changed. Both ink cartridges are new or full. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the driver. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Does this issue only occur with those particular documents?  Or does this happen with any document or program?  

If the items you are printing are web-based, you may experience a cut off depending on how the web page was formatted.

To resolve this issue, please check to see if a 'Print' option is available inside or around the article or email you wish to print. This should properly format the page for printing.

If you continue to have difficulties, please copy the text and then paste it into your desired word processing program for printing.
