Seems like every time i print a 4x6 picture the image is always shifted. i have verified the image is cropped to the right size and have verified all the setting in the printer. i have used the "extend" option, but the image is still shifted on the paper. How do i get the printer to align the paper properly?

Hello.
If you are performing a borderless printout, you may experience a cut off with the outside areas of the image. When borderless printing is enabled, the unit will extend the image beyond the edge of the paper to guarantee an edge to edge bleed. In order to retain the entire image, please use the bordered printing option.
If you are noticing a dramatic shift in the printout, make sure that you are using 4x6 paper. If the paper size is different than the size that is selected on your computer, you may experience issues with the alignment of the final printout.
