Pixma MX 920 lost its mind

My Pixma 920 was working fine, except for the fact the ink cartridges were low. I purchased a new set of ChromaLife 100 cartridges containing XL280 PGBK, 281C, 281M and 281 Y. When I installed the first 3 cartridges all those indicator lights stayed on. When I exchanged the 281C cartridge all the indicator lights when out. Now it will not work and keeps giving error code 1681 with only one black cartridge in the printer. Additionally it will not shut ogg and keeps displaying the message "Ending.... Please wait a while." If I unplug it when it cycles back on it tells me one black cartridge must be removed when there is only one installed.

Hi,

I checked the compatibility of the CLI-281 ink cartridges and the Canon site listed the following printers:

-- PIXMA TS9120 Gray Wireless
-- PIXMA TS6220 White Wireless
-- PIXMA TS8320 Black
-- PIXMA TS8120 Black Wireless
-- PIXMA TS9120 Gold Wireless
-- PIXMA TS8320 White
-- PIXMA TS8120 White Wireless
-- PIXMA TS8320 Red
-- PIXMA TS8120 Red Wireless
-- PIXMA TS702 Wireless
-- PIXMA TS6320 Black
-- PIXMA TS6120 White Wireless
-- PIXMA TS6320 Navy
-- PIXMA TS6320 White
-- PIXMA TR8520 Wireless
-- PIXMA TR7520 Wireless

The MX922 uses the CLI-251 color ink cartridges. I would double check to make sure the correct ink color ink and pgbk black ink is installed in the printer.
