I am getting a "printer off-line" message. I can not print from my HP pc running Windows 10 via a printer cable. This is a brand new problem, previously my MP620 printed flawlessly from my PC. All other functions are working great: scanning/copying, scanning to a USB thumbdrive, and printing from the scanner are all good. My PC no longer recognizes the MP620 and I can not connect via ethernet or wirelessly. I understand that Canon no longer supports drivers for this unit. The MP620 is not reading from my USB thumbdrive, should I be able to print from my USB thumbdrive? Thank you. - "Printaphobe"
