Pixma MG6320, OS: Win 8.0, USB connection (fails to connect wirlessly). Error appears on computer screen "Printer not responding"

Also turned both off and restarted Device mgr. says it is working...new message "Printer is in error state"

I have the same problem. I can copy but cant print or scan and it is connected wirlessly. unplugging hasnt worked. What worked fr you? Thanks.

Does the printer have an error on the display? Are you able to make a copy from the unit?

Thanks for your response....I have no idea what I did right,(held my mouth the right way, or perhaps enough "French" spoken to it) but yes, I am able to print.
