I had an empty cartridge and answered a question in the positive that I wanted to continue printing which may ruin the printer. I have now changed the cartridge, but I do not think the printer is drawing from that cartridge. How can I reverse the problem?

Hi lnauman,
Please follow the procedure provided in the manual of the PIXMA MG6320 to resolve the printing issue you are experiencing:
Home > Troubleshooting > Problems with Printing Quality > Ink Is Not Ejected
If your PIXMA MG6320 still does not print correctly after performing the recommended steps, your PIXMA MG6320 would require service. You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.
If you would like to take part in this option, please call our Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 Monday through Saturday, 9am to 9pm. Let them know you have been working with technical support and the Canon Upgrade Program was offered.
