printer displays 6A81 error as soon as it is turned on. have checked several times to make sure there are no paper jams, foreign objects/debris, blown interior out w. compressed air, checked/cleaned purge unit pads/wipers, and checked to make sure pads depress and wipers move back and forth. also tried various online fixes (turn printer off for several minutes, hold down various combinations of control panel buttons and turn back on, etc.) w/o success. when the scanning cover is opened, the print head moves to the left only half way to its normal position for replacing ink cartridges and the cartridge lights do not come on. however it is easy to move the printhead manually all the way right to its normal purge postion or to the left away from the purge position. any help in solving this problem is appreciated.
