I bought the Canon Pixma MG2900 labor day weekend 9/5//2015. I first set it up 9/6/2015 and was able to print. Today 9/7/2015 I cannot print. I get an error message with no code saying printer not responding. When re-trying to print, I get a message saying printer is in error state. I go to my control panel and my printer has a green check mark. I have checked the properties, everything seems normal. I am working with a PC Windows 8.1. What else should I look for or what else can I do?
To try and resolve the issue, try turning the printer off and back on. Then restart your computer to see if the unit will print once this has been done.
