I bought a Canon Pixma MG2100 printer in Dec. 2012. It printed both text and photos beautifully until recently. Now the text prints fine but the photos won't print. This is the only printer I have and it is, indeed, selected as the default printer. I reinstalled the software that came with it and restarted my computer. Didn't help. Every time I try to print a photo, a Save In message box comes up saying that it's saving in xps format. If I try to cancel this box, the print fails. If I try to save it, the print fails. A smaller message box comes up saying "Printing Error" with a loud sound and then that's it. What has changed and why am I having this problem that I never used to have? Some help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a million!
