Since cleaning the print head does not resolve the issue, there is possible hardware issue with the print head and the printer would need to be replaced.
You may be able to purchase and replace the print head. You can order parts through the Canon Parts department. Please note that items purchased directly from our parts department are not returnable and there is a chance that it will not correct the issue you are currently experiencing.
