I've recently started having a problem with my printer when I print two sided. The first sides print fine, but when I load the pages back into the feeder, it will pull multiple sheets through at once, completely messing up the double sided printing. I've tried the Diagnose and Repair feature, but of course it doesn't find anything wrong. I'm using regular 20 lb printer paper, so it's not something fancy that's causing the problem. Has anyone encountered this, and what did you do, other than manually feeding one page at a time in the printer?

Hello.
If the issue continues to persist with your current paper, we recommend that you load the sheets in one at a time when printing on the second side. This may resolve the paper feeding issue.
