Pixma IP7220 Disc Tray only printing magenta (time sensitive)

Hello, I know disc are a thing of the past, but I oddly need to print on them. I'm trying to print black image and font, but when my 7220 prints on the disc its only printing magenta. I print the same image/text on normal paper it prints the black just fine. Any ideas of why? I'm kind of on a time crunch, if I could get some help as soon as possible it would be greatly appreciated!

My time crunch is I need it by Monday, I knew business hours were Monday - Friday that’s why I turned to the community. Any ideas on what the issue could be?
