Pixma G6050 - no option in Copy menu for cassette

When I try to copy, the printer will give me error code 2114 and ask me to load paper into the rear tray, even though the size is set to A4 and there is A4 paper in the front cassette.

When I look at the copy menu to try and manually set the paper source to be the cassette, there are only 2 options: Rear tray and Auto, even though there should be a Cassette option according to the manual.  

This issue occurs with the paper source set to Auto in the Copy menu.

Any ideas??
